Columns and most garland are available as Grab n' Go for pickup and include care instructions and installation materials (if needed) for you to easily setup in your space.
What time are we able to get in for setup?
Can we transport pre-inflated balloons into the venu and may we also inflate balloons in the venue (no helium, only air)?
Are we able to use removable hooks on the wall? If the venue does not allow for anything on the walls, we have freestanding structures that are excellent alternatives.
We offer dismantaling and removal of all of our items. For some of our setups, this is requried. We do charge a small fee to remove the installation that will be included in your price quote.
If you will be dismantaling any rented equipment, it must be returned within 1 week of the date of the event. A $25 late fee will be charged for each day late and a $100 replacement fee will be charged should any parts be damaged or not returned within 15 days of the event date.
All of our pricing is for balloons that will be used indoors.
We do supply balloons that are designed for outside use. Please let us know if you are planning an event that will be outdoors so we can ensure we are offering you the correct products.
There are multiple reasons balloons can pop, including but not limited to: heat, direct sunlight, pokey objects, kids, etc.
Ready, Set, Balloons! is NOT responsible for any popped or deflated balloons after the installation is completed/balloons are delivered.
Cancellation is subject to a 25% surcharge of the full contract amount if it occurs less than 15 days from the date of the event.
Notice must be given via email.
Any rescheduling must be made at least 7 days prior to your scheduled event date, or you will be responsible for paying the full amount of services agreed upon in the contract.
If inclement weather prevents delivery of materials and services listed in the contract, a full refund will be issued to the client within 2 weeks of the event date.
